    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a bit connector which enables a user to mount/dismount a bit connector to/from a hexagonal driver bit of an electric rotating tool, with one stroke operation in the same direction in either case.SOLUTION: The bit connector consists of a cylindrical body 11 and an operating cylinder 15 fitted over its root side. A through-hole 14 is provided radially on the root side of a bit receiving hole 18 of the cylindrical body 11, and a ball 13 for a stopper is equipped in the through-hole 14. Two annular recesses 16 and 17 corresponding to the steel ball 13 are provided on the inner wall surface of the operating cylinder 15. Coil springs 18 and 19 are provided on both front end and base end sides of the operating cylinder 15. When the operating cylinder 15 is moved toward the base end side, the annular recess 16 on the front end side is aligned with the through-hole 14 to allow a driver bit 50 to be inserted, and when the operating cylinder 15 is moved toward the front end side, the annular recess 17 on the base end side is aligned with the through-hole 14 to allow the driver bit 50 to be pulled out.

SOLUTION: This method or structure fixes the drill bit 11 on a bit holder and a bit joint 30, etc. by at least two pieces of the small screws. An angle between the screws is made within a range of about 30 degrees to about 120 degrees by changing the fastening directions of the both small screws. Consequently, the drill bit 11 is fastened and fixed at three points by fastening force of the both small screws and reaction force from an opposite wall surface 27 of a drill bit insertion hole 32 opposed to the fastening force. A cylindrical hole of which longitudinal cross section is hexagonal is provided at the base part of the cylindrical body part 11, and a drill bit can be attached to the tip part. The operation cylindrical body 20 can move in a longitudinal direction on the outer-periphery of the base portion of the cylindrical body part 11, and an annular recess part 26 is formed in the inner-periphery. At least one through hole 14 is formed at the sleeve hole of the sleeve state body part 11, a spherical body for stopper is disposed in the inner part to appear in its radius direction, enabling the bit to be inserted and fixed.       SOLUTION: The case 10 for a connection drill is attachably and detachably connected to a hex-axial screwdriver pit of an electric rotary tool. A housing portion 12 for housing the tip end side of connection drill is provided at the lower part of the case 10, and a clamping portion 20 for clamping the connection drill is provided at the upper part of the housing portion 12, and a clip portion 16 is provided on the back of the case body. The clamping portion 20 has a roughly circular arc shape at plane view and has a cut opening 22 in a part of the clamping portion, wherein the connection drill body can be inserted and clamped through this notch opening 22. In a state wherein the connection drill is connected to the screwdriver pit of the tool, the connection drill can be clamped as is by the clamping portion 20 and put in the case. Also, in a state wherein the connection drill is clamped by the clamping portion 20 of the case, the connection drill can be connected as is to the screwdriver pit of the tool and taken out of the housing case.

An annular recess 24 corresponding to the steel ball 15 is provided on an inner wall of the operating tube body 20. A through-hole 26 is provided on the front edge side of the operating tube body 20, and a steel ball 25 is disposed within the through-hole 26. On its outer periphery, an annular leaf spring 27 is disposed. Two annular recesses 16 are provided in the cylindrical body 11 corresponding to the steel ball 25 so that the steel ball 25 fits into the annular recesses 16 and the operating tube body 20 can reciprocate in its longitudinal direction. Accordingly, the bit connector 10 is attached to the screwdriver bit of the electric rotating tool and detached from the screwdriver bit of the electric rotating tool by the one action toward the same direction. The connecting tool is composed of a cylindrical body 11 and operation cylinders 12 and 22 externally fitted so as to be reciprocally movable at both ends of the cylindrical body. Grooves 30 are formed in longitudinal directions on outer circumference faces at both ends of the cylindrical body 11 while projections 31 that fit the groove 30 are formed on inner wall faces of the operation cylinders 12, 22. By fitting the grooves 30 with the projections 31, the operation cylinders 12, 22 are prevented from rotating in a circumference direction on the outer circumference face of the cylindrical body 11. Through holes 16, 26 in which steel balls 13 are disposed are formed at the same positions where the grooves 30 are formed at the cylindrical body 11. Otherwise, the grooves 30 may be formed on the inner wall face of the operation cylinder 12 and the projections 31 may be formed on the cylindrical body 11.

      SOLUTION: A connection structure of the synthetic-resin-made bit connector 10 is disclosed, which can be attached to a tip of a hexagonal shaft driver bit mounted on an electrically-powered rotary tool for coupling a socket bit or the like. The structure includes a cylindrical main body 11 and working cylinders 12 and 22 capable of reciprocating at both ends of the body. A bit is fixed by a steel ball in the cylindrical main body 11 coming in/out in cylindrical holes 14 and 24 in response to the motion and position of the working cylinders 12 and 22. The minimum inner diameter of an opening side 14k of the cylindrical hole 14 of the cylindrical main body 11 is formed to be larger than the maximum outer diameter of the hexagonal shaft bit, whereby an outer peripheral surface of the bit is not in contact on the opening side 14k of the cylindrical hole 14 with an inner peripheral wall face of the opening side 14k of the cylindrical hole 14 while the hexagonal shaft bit is coupled.
