    • An arrangement for distributing information (1) from Information Providers (IP) to Information Recipients (IR) that utilizes the email system and the Internet to communicate with popular hardware devices - computers, PDAs, cellular phones, etc. IRs receive information anonymously and only the information desired. IPs do not need to "spam" the world in the hope of getting their information into the right hands because it is organized in a manner that allows IRs to receive exactly what they are looking for. Information is provided by an IP to an IR in response to a request from an IR. A PR server organizes and stores information uploaded by IPs, retrieves information requested by an IR and sends an automated response to the IR. A web domain is associated with the PR server provides a common email addressing scheme for communicating between the PR server and the IRs.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a steady-flow type artificial breathing apparatus of a small and simplified structure by which the delay in the initial aspiration flow rate can be eliminated for reducing the breathing workload of a patient and by which oxygen can be added by a convenient oxygen concentrator with little oxygen consumption. CONSTITUTION:An artificial breathing apparatus is provided with a scroll compressor 1, a pressure-relief valve 7 arranged in the aspiration passage 20 that has been connected to the discharge port 1a of the compressor 1 for supplying gas to a patient so as to maintain the internal pressure of the patient's trachea constant, and a bypass valve 9 for returning the surplus aspiration gas that is not aspirated by the patient at the time of breathing to the compressor. By uniting the downstream flow passage of the pressure-relief valve 7 and that of the bypass valve 9, a discharge passage 22 is formed. Further, a compressor intake flow passage 23 by which the discharge passage 22 communicate with the suction port 1b of the compressor 1, and an outside-air intake port 15 is constituted, and also a variable capacity reservoir 16 equipped with an oxygen mixer 17 is connected to the outside air intake port 15.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an oxygen inhalator capable of concentrating and circulating oxygen in air without supplying oxygen from the outside in such a state that a patient is received in a hood to keep the desired concn. of oxygen and that of carbon dioxide. CONSTITUTION:A patient is received in a hood 1 and an oxygen concentrator 10 is arranged to concentrate oxygen in the circulating air in the hood 1. An open air sending-in means 13 and a sent-in open air flow rate controller 14 are arranged to hold the concn. of oxygen in the air in the hood 1 to a desired value. A carbon dioxide separator 6 or a carbon dioxide adsorbing device is arranged to discharge carbon dioxide in the exhalation of a patient. By this constitution, the necessary concn. of oxygen and that of carbon dioxide can be held without supplying oxygen of an oxygen cylinder.

    • PURPOSE:To provide the oxygen tent which maintains a high oxygen concn. with low oxygen consumption and can control carbon dioxide to a low concn. CONSTITUTION:Plural pieces of carbon dioxide adsorption containers 5, 6 packed with carbon dioxide adsorbents 7 are disposed in the air circulation circuit within the oxygen tent hood 1. The carbon dioxide in the air in the hood 1 is kept adsorbed by alternately and automatically changing over adsorption and regeneration, by which the increase in the concn. of the carbon dioxide by the exhalation of the air in the hood 1 is prevented. Then, the oxygen tent is not of a ventilation system and only the carbon dioxide is removed, and therefore the high oxygen concn. is maintained and the low carbon dioxide concn. is maintained with the low oxygen consumption.
