    • A soft magnetic steel material comprising C, N (total content), Si, Mn, P, S and O (total content), each in a controlled amount, and 0.8-3.5 wt.% of soluble aluminum, wherein the average ferrite grain diameter is above a specified lower limit value determined in relation to the thickness or diameter of the steel material and the surface of the steel material is densely covered by aluminum oxide particles with a diameter of 0.01 to 5 mu m. It has a coercive force of 0.40 Oe or less in a strain-free state and a magnetic flux density of 15,000 G or above under a magnetomotive force of 25 Oe. The density of the aluminum oxide particles formed on the surface of the steel material is preferably 1x10 - 1x10 particles/m , still preferably 1x10 - 1x10 particles/m so as to achieve an excellent corrosion resistance. It can be produced by finally heat treating the raw material having the above composition at 850 to 1,300 DEG C in an atmosphere of oxygen with a partial pressure of 10 - 10 atm, preferably 10 - 10 atm, still preferably 10 - 10 atm.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily cope with change of treads and rises and simplify the supporting worms or the fitting edge and facilitate the finishing work of the surface and eliminate the wooden frame carpentry. SOLUTION: Treads 24 and rises 26 are formed at one of external wall faces 16 of the first side face member 10 and treads 36 and rises 38 are formed at one of external wall faces 28 of the second side face member 12. One side wall face 40 of the intermediate connection member 14 and the other inside wall face 18 of the first side face member 10 and also the other second side wall face 42 of the intermediate connection member 14 and the other inside wall face 30 of the second side face member 12, are connected to each other by fixing means respectively and then fitted to the floors of the upper and lower stories. Thereafter, shielding plates are put thereon and concrete is placed among the first sideface member 10, the second side face member 12, and the intermediate connection member 14 to form the stairs.

    • PURPOSE:To attempt to improve efficiency of a work and durability of a pallet member and to make mounting and demounting work for a frame easy by performing not to open a hole for a tap on the pallet member and eliminating accordingly works for opening the hole and for cutting the tap. CONSTITUTION:A stud dibble 26 is stood on a pallet member 10 in the neighborhood of a frame 12 for molding a building material. An advancing and retreating bolt 22 is fixed on one end of a clamping fixture 16 and the apex of the bolt 22 is brought into contact with the frame 12. Another end of this clamping fixture 16 is brought into contact with the pallet member 10. At the intermediate part between the bolt 22 position of this clamping fixture 16 and the position where the clamping fixture 16 is brought into contact with the pallet member 10, a fitting hole 32, through which a supporting pole 28 of the stud dibble 26 can be inserted but the head part can not be passed, is formed. The clamping fixture 16 is brought into contact with the head part 30 of the stud dibble 26 and the clamping fixture 16 and the stud dibble 26 are tightly adhered and fixed and the frame 12 is fixed thereby on the pallet member 10.
