      SOLUTION: The medical system, system parts, and the method for establishing a spatial orientation between a body implant and a aiming device comprises a positioning arm connected to the aiming device and an adaptor device connected to or integrally formed with a bone stabilization plate, which are hooked to each other. This is realized by means of an engaging element of the positioning arm, and the engaging element is designed to be coupled with an attachment element of the adaptor, and further there is provided a snapping mechanism which is designed to automatically engage in an interlocking element when the positioning arm hooked to the adaptor device and is rotated relative to the adaptor device toward a final anglar position.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereotactic apparatus for a locking nail, by which the position of a horizontal hole in the locking nail is correctly and highly reliably detected. SOLUTION: The stereotactic apparatus for the locking nail 40 includes two oscillation circuits arranged along a longitudinal direction. The apparatus comprises a guide cylinder for disposing a holing apparatus, etc., which is advanced to horizontal holes 42, 44. Three oscillation circuits 54 are arranged on a first plane 52 and to be respectively equal in distance from a first center 60.
