摘要： Difficulties of preparation of composite materials with long reinforcement fibres currently result in efforts to choose such procedures of preparation of composites (or, their preliminary mixtures respectively) in which the separate fibres are covered by a polymer matrix material. One of the used methods is coating with melt in coating head of an extrusion machine, application of copolymer powder, temporarily anchored to fibres electrostatically, application of copolymer powder in fluid bed and so forth. In all the above mentioned cases the main problem consists in a non-completely satisfactory fibre - matrix adhesion. The principle of the solution consists in the fact that preheated fibre is, at first by means of contact with fusible agent in solid state, mainly after with polymer in the form of powder, equipped on the surface by a thin anchoring layer of this agent, which wets the fibre, is affine to polymer matrix and has a fusion temperature by 20 to 80 degrees C lower then the fusion temperature of the polymer matrix. Then, at a temperature higher than the fusion temperature of the anchoring layer agent, but also higher than the fusion temperature of polymer matrix, the material of the polymer matrix in powder form is applied. Each application of a new layer is followed by fixation of such layer by sintering.

摘要： The solution concerns a layered set of semiconductor layer on insulation pad. The principle of the solution consists in the fact that the semiconductor layer is made of a mixture containing polymeric matrix based on heat convertible resin and a combination of two different conductive admixtures, where the medium size of the particles of the different conductive admixtures are in ratio of 1:5 to 1:50, best in 1:10 to 1:25, provided that the size of the biggest particles does not exceed 10 micrometers. The above mentioned combination of the particle sizes of the conductive admixtures ensures the most advantageous space configuration of the set of conductive particles in polymeric matrix, whose consequence is a synergetic effect of the conductive admixtures. This results in the possibility of low dosing of the conductive admixtures.
