    • An aerosol and vapor sampling device, comprising a particle focusing nozzle (12) comprising an elutriator column having an opening at a first end and an accelerator jet outlet (22) at a second end opposite said first end, wherein the particle focusing nozzle (12) is configured to admit a gas-aerosol sample at the opening and to vent the gas- aerosol sample at the jet outlet; a collection well (16), positioned to receive the gas-aerosol sample from the jet outlet (22), and comprising a backing (20) and a sidewall (18), wherein at least a portion of the backing (20) is porous such that at least part of the received gas-aerosol sample may flow through the porous portion of the backing (20).
