    • The invention relates to food production equipment for use in preparing pastry goods. The present device comprises, fastened to a supporting frame, a conveyor in the form of a chain conveyor with product moulds arranged on dies. Arranged on the surface of a metering head are rows of separating chambers with channels for releasing billets of dough. Arranged on brackets below the die conveyor is a heating unit. Arranged longitudinally inside said unit is a dielectrically insulated induction element having coils that are elongate in the horizontal plane of the unit, the induction element being equipped with a water cooling system. Mounted above the conveyor in the region of the oven are gantries in the shape of an inverted U. Mounted to the topside of the crossbars of the inverted U-shaped gantries are guide rails with a platform, and mounted to the underside of said crossbars is a carrier beam. Attached to the platform is a manipulator. The technical result is an increase in the reliability and performance of the device.
