SOLUTION: In a balcony 1 in which a common joist member 14 is provided in a scope surrounded by a side wall W, an end girder 4, and a front girder 6 and floor plate members 11 are spreaded on the common joist member, the floor plate member is a rectangular floor plate member formed by covering a core member by rubber, a rising wall 26 made of rubber is integrally formed over whole length of a side fringe on the side fringe, protruding bars 27 continuous over whole length on the rising wall are formed on an outer face of the rising wall, and the rising wall is fixed on three faces, namely, side faces of tight and left end girders and a side wall face or a side face of the front girder while the protruding bars come into pressure contact when the floor plate members are to be sequentially connectedly laid on the common joist member.

SOLUTION: A balcony has an end plate 3 extended from the side wall 2 of a building in parallel to the edge of an eaves, a front beam 4 to connect the ends of the end plate 3 and floor plates 9 placed in an area encircled by the front beam 4, the end plate 3 and the side wall 2. On the floor plate 9, a water gradient is applied, which has the upper face sloped down to the edge of the eaves. In this case, the side edges of the floor plates 9 are directed almost in parallel to the end plate 3 to connect each other neighboring floor plates 9 with a first step engaged with a second step and place the floor plates 9 in the condition that the ends on the edge of the eaves side of the floor plates 9 are located from a water inflow port 25 in the front beam 4 into a drain space 26.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a water treatment structure for an outer corridor of an apartment house or the like which is easy to construct and free from damage during rust proofing treatment for columns. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of columns 3 are erected at a specified span along the wall surface of an apartment house 2, separated from the wall surface of the apartment house 2 at a specified span. A front beam 4 is installed between adjacent columns while floor boards 7 are laid out between the front beam 4 and a rear beam 5 fixed with the wall surface so that they may face the edge on the eaves side, thereby installing eaves gutters 33 between the columns. A vertical roof gutter 16 is installed to every other column by means of a gutter holding apparatus 17. The upper end of a flexible pipe 18 is connected to eaves gutters located on both sides of the column to which this vertical gutter is installed. The lower end of both flexible pipes is connected to a drain vessel 19 installed on the upper end of the vertical gutter.
