摘要： Disclosed is a skin massage device having hot and cold massage functions. The massage device comprises a case(10) having a head portion(110) and a heat sink mount portion(120) extending rearward from the head portion and made of thermoplastic resin, an optical crystal(12) attached to the case and having chamfered planes(122), a thermal module(14) fitted in a thermal module fixing aperture(102) of the case, light emitting diodes(16) fitted in holes(106) of the case, respectively, each diode having red and blue luminous chips(162,164), and a heat sink(18) mounted in the heat sink mount portion as screws(184) are fastened to the heat sink mount portion by passing through two screw holes(182) perforated at opposite positions of the heat sink, the heat sink serving to conduct heat generated by the thermal module, thereby minimizing dermal rejection or allergic symptoms and achieving visual aesthetic and psychological effects to improve massage efficiency of the device.
