    • The invention relates to a method for managing content containing a combination of personal intellectual property and advertisements using a public license, and to an apparatus for same. The method comprises the steps of: enabling a server computer to register the computer of a copyright owner and the computer of an advertiser which have accessed the server computer, as well as the copyright owner and the advertiser, and to conclude an agreement on a public license; registering the personal intellectual property and advertisement databases owned by the copyright owner and the advertiser into a database; registering content containing a combination of the registered personal intellectual property and advertisements into the database; concluding an agreement on the public license, reproducing the content containing a combination of the registered personal intellectual property and advertisements and which is stored in the database, and distributing the content in accordance with a request from a distributor computer which is registered as a distributor; classifying advertisements or information displayed or clicked on in accordance with the use of the content by general users which have accessed the server computer in which content produced by combining personal intellectual property and advertisements is stored, or which have accessed the distributor computer, for each website which has displayed advertisements or information, for each work, and for each advertisement, and storing the classified advertisements or information into the database; and enabling each advertiser to pay advertisement fees based on the counted information, paying a portion of the advertisement profits to each copyright owner and distributor in accordance with the contribution level thereof, generating information on the display of personal intellectual property/advertisements and information on the calculation of fees for each copyright owner, advertiser, and distributor, and providing the generated information to the copyright owner, advertiser, and the distributor.     • The present invention relates to mileage generation and operation methods in relation to an advertising cost, and an apparatus thereof. When a request for a mileage service in relation to an advertising cost of an advertiser server computer is made and a type of advertising is selected, an operating server computer settles an advertising cost, generates a mileage in an e-wallet of each advertiser and then transmits mileage information to a corresponding advertiser server computer. After confirming this, the corresponding advertiser server computer sets request conditions from an advertiser (e.g., membership registration, clicking advertisement, purchasing a product, participating in an event or the like) for mileage allowance reimbursement available to users, that is, clients of the advertiser, as well as a mileage reimbursement information by request condition from the advertiser. When a user terminal connected to the operating server computer and a distribution assistance server/advertiser server computer executes a request condition from an advertiser, corresponding mileage reimbursement information (information on a subject, amount, condition or the like) having been set is then fed back to the operating server computer.
