摘要： A liquid distribution device is provided which can improve the dispersion of liquid therein when installed in a filling tower, is of small size and make smaller a filling tower where air and liquid are brought into contact with each other and an air separation device. A liquid receiving plate is provided for receiving liquid flowing down from above for temporarily collecting at the liquid receiving plate. Liquid flowing down from the liquid receiving plate is led to a peripheral edge portion of a circular liquid receiving plate and then to the central portion thereof from the peripheral edge portion via a buffer box so as to be collected at a first liquid distribution box provided at the central portion of the circular liquid plate. A plurality of second liquid distribution boxes each having a number of holes formed in a bottom portion thereof are provided below the first liquid distribution box, whereby liquid collected in the first liquid distribution box is then discharged from those holes formed in the bottom portions of the second liquid distribution boxes, thereby making it possible not only to improve the dispersion of liquid but also to provide a smaller liquid distribution device.

摘要： A mixed-gas separation method in which a product gas is collected from a raw-material gas by a pressure-difference adsorption technique in which a pressurized adsorption operation and a reduced-pressure desorption operation are successively repeated. In order to reduce the length of an adsorption zone in each of adsorption towers (A1, A2, B1, B2, ...), and reduce adsorption zone turbulence, pressure-difference adsorption units (UA, UB, UC, ..., UX) constituting a plurality of stages are employed, and a refined gas or a concentrated refined gas obtained in the previous-stage pressure-difference adsorption units (UA, UB, UC, ...) is directly introduced (2A, 2B, ...) to subsequent-stage pressure-difference adsorption units (UB, UC, ..., UX), respectively, and separated. The waste gas produced in the reduced-pressure desorption operation in the subsequent-stage pressure-difference adsorption units (UB, UC, ...UX) is introduced (3B, 5A, 3C, 5B, ...) to pressurize the adsorption towers (A1, A2, B1, B2, ...) of the previous-stage pressure-difference adsorption units (UA, UB, UC, ...). The invention is particularly suitable for collecting argon and oxygen.
