    • A method for preparation of bitumen wherein the oil substance is oxidized by an oxidizing fluid, charged in the lower part of the reactor, while the substance passes through several zones, formed in the inner part of the reactor. The inner of the column apparatus is divided into 2 zones. Part of the intermediate products from the zones is mixed with the oil substance prior to its charging in the column.An installation for production of bitumen that includes reservoir for the substance and reactor, along the height of which oxidizing devices and cone tray are located and at the upper part of the column a dispersion device is located, connected to a pump. At the lower part of the reactor device for charging of the oxidizing fluid is located. The reactor (2) is divided into two zones of oxidation, to which pumps (3) are connected via orifices (4), which are connected to reservoir (1).

    • The installation for separation of emulsion of water and hydrocarbons includes two columns (1,2), the lower parts of which are connected trough column (3) for balancing the currents of hydrocarbons and water in them. In the middle zone of the first column (1) an orifice (4) is located, under which a deaf tray (5) is located, so that in the upper part of the first column (1), an orifice (8)is located also. The deaf tray (5) is equipped with a bell overflow system, around the overflow pipe of which a serpentine (12) and a separating device (13) are located. At a certain height under the deaf tray (5), an orifice (11) is located, connected trough an overflow pipe with the middle zone of the second column (2). An analogical separating device (13) is located under the level of the overflow pipe, while the upper part of the second column (2), a system of at least one profiled filling (21) and at least one sieve-grid fractioning tray (23), is located. The top of second column (2) and that of balancing column (3) are connected to the middle zone of first column (1) through orifices (18, 19).
