摘要： An improved multi-layer paper sheet forming system is disclosed, in which a degree of dispersion of fibers under the condition where a paper layer has been formed is large, thereby formation of a paper sheet is improved, moreover, bases of short wire cloth sections can be installed at the same level as a building floor and a complicated base of the shape of steps is not necessitated. The system comprises one endless felt loop (12) and a plurality of short wire cloth sections (5) disposed on the endless felt (12) and provided with a dewatering instrument (3) having, as dewatering elements, forming blades (3a) consisting of two zones, that is, a flat front half and a curved rear half. The short wire cloth section (5) includes a forming roll (6) having a large diameter and a breast roll (2) having a small diameter, and the plurality of short wire cloth sections (5) are disposed substantially at the same level. A movable return roll (9) is equipped, which raises the felt (12) between the adjacent short wire cloth sections (5) so as to wrap around the short wire cloth (5') so that an initial engagement point between the felt (12) and the short wire cloth (5') may come to an arbitrary position of the curved portion of the dewatering instrument (3) existing at the upper portion of the short wire cloth section (5).

摘要： The present invention is to manufacture paper layer with high grammage and good, formation even in lower speed by making direction of hydration of a fixed type dehydrator having a curvature at least partly downward so as not to reverse to the gravity and making dehydrating capacity larger with small vacuum value. The device includes a looped endless felt 5 and at least two short wire units provided thereunder and having a fixed type dehydrator 2 with a curvature at least partly and the short wire 4. The endless felt 5 touches the short wire 4 on the curvature of each fixed type dehydrator 2, and the paper layers are formed and combined by hydrating stock while the stock from the head box 1 and spouted on the short wire 4 is held and moved between the endless felt and the short wire. Each of forming roll 10, couch roll 11 and a felt roll 12 have a construction movable vertically. By raising the endless felt 5 by the felt roll 12, touch between the short wire unit at the upstream of the felt roll 12 and the endless felt 5 is released and also replacement of short wire 4 in such short wire unit can be made easily under operation.

摘要： At the start of web joining, braking power is strengthened to thereby reduce the speed of an old shaft, and, at this time, a pay-out roll is brought into a freely running condition. A second motor is instructed to run at a speed equal to a value of correction for tension plus (a line speed - a pay-out speed), and an accumulator roll unit starts moving simultaneously with the speed reduction of the old shaft. At the time of start of a new shaft, the pay-out roll is accelerated to (the line speed + a catching-up speed) at a constant rate. When the accumulator roll unit reaches a synchronizing position, a catching-up speed is reduced to zero to thereby synchronize with the line speed.
