摘要： In one aspect there is provided a backup server that may store data in one or more databases ¨each database being associated with a user and having a user ID associated with the database. Each database may have one or more partitions ¨ each partition being associated with an entity. Each data element is stored in the database associated with the user from which the data element is received, and is stored in a partition associated with entities that are authorized to access the data element. Furthermore, the backup server may determine which entities are authorized to access the data, using a policy database, and store the data element in a partition associated with each authorized entity. Third-party entities may request data from the backup server by sending a data request.

摘要： In one aspect there is provided a computer-implemented method for encrypting a data element. The method includes generating a symmetric key and encrypting the data element using the symmetric key. The method also includes identifying one or more entities in a policy database that are authorized to access the data element, and retrieving a public key associated with each of the one or more entities. The method also includes, for each entity of the entities that are authorized to access the data element, encrypting the symmetric key using the public key associated with the entity to obtain an encrypted symmetric key, and appending the encrypted symmetric key to a file storing the encrypted data element.

The channel state information includes a rank indicator (RI), precoding matrix index (PMI) and channel quality indicator (CQI). With respect to analog writing, a device records and stores analog writing, including time, pressure and position as a writing tool moves on a touch screen device. If they are similar, then the stored analog writing is displayed. In other example embodiments, facial expressions and voice data can be used as search terms to respectively search for stored facial expressions and voice data.

Context data associated with an electronic device and derived from one or more of sensor data, device state data, and application data is received, and a profile for the electronic device or a user thereof is defined using the context data, representing probability distribution. Factor graph representations of the first entities and a plurality of second entities are stored. The factor graph representation of the plurality of second entities includes an identity variable referencing each of the individual second entities.
