The dispenser unit has a body or housing (12) that includes a number of chambers (14) adapted to receive and accommodate a number of individual product containers (1). The container may have a movable panel or false bottom and an opening situated opposite the movable panel, and the housing may have a spring-like, tension- based member (20) adapted to contact or engage with the movable panel that advances the movable panel toward the opening of both the container and housing. The invention also discloses a method for informing a user about a proper sequence or protocol for using protective products.
