摘要： A guide for an endoscopic operation tool is provided to minimize the interference of a surgical tool by sustaining the body between a support ring and a contact ring tightly. A guider(100) includes a gas control valve(V2), a body(101), a contact ring(110), and a support ring(120). A gas control valve controls the incoming and outgoing of the nitrogen gas. A girth pocket is formed in the open lower part of the body. The contact ring is installed inside the girth pocket. The contact ring has elasticity to be closely supported in the upper part of the surgical hole. The contact ring has a rectangular cross section. A support ring is fitted to an outer circumference of the body. The support ring is inserted into the abdominal cavity through a surgical hole. The support ring has a circular cross-section.
