    • La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para reducir la carga contaminante de los purines que comprende las etapas de: (a) biodigestión anaerobia del purín; (b) separación de la materia sólida del purín biodigerido obtenido en la etapa (a); y (c) destilación del purín líquido clarificado obtenido en la etapa (b), para obtener un purín líquido final con menor carga contaminante; utilizándose el biogás producido en la biodigestión de la etapa (a) en una unidad de cogeneración para abastecer las necesidades energéticas térmicas y eléctricas de todas las etapas y de la propia cogeneración. Asimismo, la invención se refiere a un procedimiento para reducir la carga contaminante de los purines que integra el procedimiento anterior con un procedimiento de evaporación y secado, utilizándose dicho biogás en una unidad de cogeneración complementado con un combustible fósil para abastecer las necesidades energéticas de todas las etapas y de la propia cogeneración.

    • The invention relates to a method for generating energy by means of thermal cycles with high pressure and moderate temperature steam, which allows improving the energy and operational efficiency of the conversion of heat energy into mechanical or electrical energy by means of thermal cycles in which the temperature of the steam is limited to moderate values in its generation, comprising the following steps:
      a) generating steam at a pressure above 65 bar and a moderate temperature below 400ºC,
      b) expanding said steam in a steam turbine, steam of an intermediate pressure, comprised between 10-40 bar, with a moderate moisture, below 15%, being obtained
      c) drying said steam by means of a moisture separator and reheating said steam,
      d) expanding said steam in the turbine, and
      e) heating boiler water used to generate the steam by means of a plurality of steam extractions from the turbine, in order to exchange heat with said boiler water.

    • The present invention refers to a method for reducing the pollutant load of manure effluents that comprises the following steps:

      (a) anaerobic biodigestion of the manure;
      (b) separation of the solid matter of the biodigested manure obtained in step (a); and
      (c) distillation of the clarified liquid manure obtained in step (b), to obtain a final liquid manure with a lower pollutant load;

      using the biogas produced in the biodigestion of step (a) in a cogeneration unit to satisfy the thermal and electrical energy requirements of all the steps and of the cogeneration itself.
      The invention also refers to a method for reducing the pollutant load of manure effluents that combines the previous method with an evaporation and drying method, using this biogas in a cogeneration unit supplemented by a fossil fuel to satisfy the energy requirements of all the steps and of the cogeneration itself.
