    • Thermosetting resin composition comprising a thermosetting cyanate ester resin composition (A) and a butadiene based copolymer (B) (i) or an epoxy resin-modified butadiene based copolymer (B) (ii), in which said component (B) (i) or (B) (ii) are used for modifying said component (A), component (A) and (B) being as follows; (A) a cyanate ester thermosetting resin composition comprising a cyanate ester compound selected from the group consisting of, (i) a polyfunctional cyanate ester having at least two cyanate group in its molecule, (ii) prepolymer of the cyanate ester of (i), (iii) coprepolymer of the cyanate ester of (i) and an amine, and (iv) mixtures thereof, and optionally adding another thermosetting resin, (B) (i) a butadiene based copolymer comprising a butadiene-aromatic vinyl monomer copolymer having 0.5 or more functional groups selected from a group consisting of carboxyl radical, hydroxyl radical, acid anhydride radical, mercapto radical, epoxy radical and amino radical, and a melting point of 10 C or more, in which 1,2-type content in butadiene structure of copolymer chain is 50% or more, (ii) an epoxy resin-modified butadiene based copolymer comprising said butadiene based copolymer (B) (i) having a carboxy radical modified with polyfunctional epoxy resin, and having a melting point of 10 C or more and an epoxy equivalent of 300-8,000.

    • PURPOSE:To manufacture chain studs by a press machine at high productivity, by holding a round steel bar of specified size between two sectional die plates with its both ends projecting by specified length and pressing and striking the both ends in plural stages under cold conditions. CONSTITUTION:A round steel bar, 5-30mm. in diameter and 10-60mm. in length is dropped on sectional dies 22, 22', and held by a grasping device through an air cylinder 41. The air cylinder 41' is moved backward by retreating the rear die 22 by raising a blade 3, and the grasping device is moved down by one step. The tip of the blade 3 is inserted into a gap between a bearing stand 25 and a slider plate 24 by lowering a slide 1, and the round steel bar is held by dies 22, 22'. Descent of the slide 1 advances sliding bodies 11, 11' to the center inside by pushing pieces 4, 4', and both ends of the round bar is press and formed by indentation dies 20, 20'. Then, the dlide 1 is raised and the round steel bar is moved down by one step. Press forming is performed successively in the same way, and an objective product is formed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an interruption of water suction/distribution due to a projection of the ground during water suction/distribution by means of a hose and to eliminate an exclusive use between a water suction hose and a water distribution hose.
      SOLUTION: For preventing the hose from bending, on the inside or the outside of the hose 1, an insertion projection 3, an insertion hole 4, and a bending line 5 are formed in each of plates 2 wrapped by a small hose 8 while a connection band 6 used for connecting the plates 2 together is arranged, and when the side faces of the plates 2 are pressed, a simple assembly projection part is formed. The insertion projection 3 and the insertion hole 4 are connected to each other for forming and fixing the projection part. For easy handling of this device, the device is formed with a proper length, and the devices are connected together by means of the connection band 6. When the connection bands 6 are arranged on the plate 2 side and the center part, the hose is further prevented from bending. When the hose 1 is housed and not used, both side faces of the plate 2 are pulled to release engagement between the insertion projection 3 and the insertion hole 4 for setting the plates 2 flat, and consequently, convenience is improved further.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an alarming effect and enable the prevention of hindrance to sound sleep around with a sound level kept low at a distance by building an alarm clock into a pillow and providing a speaker connected to the clock below a pillow cushion. CONSTITUTION:An alarm clock 2 operating on a power supply available from a charge type battery 4, a cord plug and the like is built into a pillow frame 1 of a material such as a ceramic, plastics and wood, with the position of a switch taken arbitrarily. Then, a speaker for the alarm clock 2 is suitably sized and a suitable number thereof is so fitted as to close a network of holes of the frame 1 coming just under the head, with a suitable conductive wire 6 connected to the power supply. A cushion 8 works as a headphone and a sound level is low at a distance. Furthermore, a heat escape hole 4 is formed.
