    • PURPOSE:To conduct an accurate test by providing an adjustable correcting amplifier between a branch line from a line which connects the servo-amplifier and actuator in an input device and the addition point in a load dumping device. CONSTITUTION:When an input signal (a) from an oscillator 11 passes the addition point 16, a feedback signal (b) from an angle amplifier 15 is zero in an initial state, so a difference voltage is a-0, but when the difference voltage is inputted to the servo-amplifier 12, it is amplified according to the gain G of the amplifier 12 and an input (c) to a servo valve 13a goes to (a-0)XG. Then the operating shaft 13b of the actuator 13 rotates with the input (c) and the rack shaft 33 of a body 3 to be tested moves right and left. The input (c) while supplied to the valve 13a is supplied to the input amplifier 41 of the correcting amplifier 4 through the branch line and inputted to the addition point 25 from the output amplifier 42 to reach an actuator 22 through a servo- amplifier 23 and a servo valve 22a and the actuator shafts 22b and shaft 33 are moved right and left and the relative displacement between the shaft 22b and worm 31, and the shaft 33 by the rack 32 is held constant.

    • PURPOSE:To increase the speed of piston movement under no-load state, by controlling the sending of pressure oil into cylinders according to the signal from a load detector provided on a piston rod which communicates the piston of small-diameter cylinder and the piston of large-diameter cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Slightly opening a servo valve 9, pressure oil from an oil pressure source 8 is supplied into a cylinder 2 through a pressure oil pipe 10 to lower a piston 4 (set pressure switching valves 23, 24 are closed, switching valves 16, 17 are open, the oil in the lower chamber in the small-diameter cylinder 2 is sent back through pipe 11, oil is sucked into the upper chamber in the large-diameter cylinder 3 from pipe 14, and the oil is discharged from the lower chamber through pipe 15). Then, when a rod head 7 at the lower end of the piston rod 6 abuts against the work on the table and stops, it is detected by a load detector 25, of which output will fully open the servo valve 9, thereby operating the large-diameter cylinder 3 (set pressure switching valve 23 is opened, switching valve 16 is closed, oil is pumped into the upper chamber of large-diameter cylinder 3 through pipe 12, and oil is discharged from the lower chamber through pipe 15).

    • PURPOSE:To enhance the structural reliability by installing a tip element at the tip of a vertically moving rotary rod through an eccentric arm mechanism in such a way as folding in the middle, furnishing a pair of agitating blades so that they rotate in the opposite directions, and spraying an improving agent intermittently. CONSTITUTION:An actuator 8 is operated to advance an output shaft 8a, and a torque is given to an arm 7 in eccentricity from the position of a pin 6 through a connecting rod 9. A tip element 2 is folded in the middle in the range 0-90 deg. with the pin 6 as the center, and in this condition, rotational excavation takes place. Rotary members 19, 20 are rotated in the opposite directions by a mechanism consisting of a piston in the tip element 2 and a pair of counter-screws so that excavation is done with agitation blades 21, wherein the rotational reaction forces are offset. An improving agent such as cement milk is sprayed pulsedly from a nozzle 24. This facilitates installation of a middle fild driving mechanism and provides a reasonable transmitting mechanism therefore, so that it can be easily fabricated and maintained, the sustaining lifetime be prolonged, and the effectibeness in execution of works and the economy be enhanced.
