The joists 32 are fitted to hooked grooves provided in the sleepers 7a. On fitting (assembling) them, after one end thereof has been fitted and positioned, the other end is fitted. The height is adjusted by extending or contracting the floor posts 20. Floor plates are laid thereon and the lower space thereof is used for a containing space. In this way, a floor can be easily and rapidly constructed.
