摘要： PURPOSE:To diminish motive power for operation and to enable continuous treatment by providing a scraping-up blade on the inner circumferential face of a rotary drum equipped with an introduction port and a discharge port of mud and providing a scraping-down plate to a shaft which is inserted into the rotary drum in the horizontal direction and also providing the supply port of a solidifying agent to the introduction port of mud. CONSTITUTION:When a rotary drum 1 is operated at comparatively high velocity, mud introduced from an introduction port 2 is mixed with a solidifying agent supplied by a quantitative feeder 7 thereof. The mixture is scraped up by scraping-up blades 4, 4.... When solidification is advanced at several degrees, mud is made pasty and shows a tendency to be stuck on the inner circumferential face of the rotary drum 1. However since the respective scraping-up blades 4 are tilted in the direction of rotation of the rotary drum 1 toward a discharge port 3 from the introduction port 2 side, force for returning mud to the introduction port 2 side along the respective scraping-up blades 4 is added when centrifugal force is exerted. Action to avoid sticking is performed for mud. The respective scraping-down plates 6 perform action to advance mud which falls after being scraped up to the discharge port 3 side. The solidifying agent is mixed with mud by difference of both actions and the mixture is agitated. Mud is slowly solidified and advanced through the rotary drum 1 and discharged in a solidified state from the discharge port 3.
