[Class 144 (ii)] A tubeless beaded tyre has an annular flap 17, of rubber or the like, one side edge 20 of which is disposed against one (21) of the two tyre beads 13, 21, so that when the tyre is inflated on a wheel rim 14 the central portion of the flap is forced against said rim, and the other side edge 18 of which is arranged to overlap part of, and interlock with an annular member 10 which is integral with, or vulcanized to, the inside of the other bead 13 and bears on the rim. As shown, the flap edge 18 is formed as an enlarged portion which engages in a groove 15 in a rubber reinforcing ring forming the annular member 10, a helical spring 19 being embedded in the enlargement 18 to ensure a firm engagement with the groove 15. The flap edge 20 is vulcanized or cemented to the inside of bead 21.

摘要： A valve press tool (10) includes a C-shaped frame (12) having an adjustable platen (28) and an over-center lever device (48) at opposite ends (20, 22) of the C-frame. Attached to the over-center device is a pressure plate (40) to which is attached three legs (42) having non-skid ends (44). The pressure plate and legs are located directly opposite each other so that valve components (70) to be serviced may be placed into compression for disassembly. The platen is adjustable by means of an attached threaded rod (26) that threads into a threaded receiver (24) on one end of the C-frame. This adjustability allows the press tool to be used on various valves having different dimensions and heights.

Embodiments described herein provide a mechanism for retrieving string positions of nearest sorted strings. Each letter of the string being used to search for uses its own pointer, each with an array large enough to hold all possible characters. Only the minimum number of letter pointers are needed to make the string unique within the list. Near strings are found by walking up and down each array of pointers to find the closest string.
