摘要： A method for preparing surgical kits for use during a surgery includes preparing a pre-operative surgical plan for a patient and selecting a set of surgical instruments based on the pre-operative surgical plan. The set of surgical instruments includes at least a general instrument, a first size-specific instrument, a patient-specific instrument, and a surgeon-specific instrument. The general instrument is selected from a predetermined group of off-the-shelf instruments. The first size-specific instrument has a first size selected from predetermined sizes. The patient-specific instrument includes a three-dimensional contoured engagement surface configured to nest into a portion of a native anatomy in a single location. The surgeon-specific instrument is selected based on a surgeon preference and is a different instrument than the selected general instrument, first size-specific instrument, and patient-specific instrument. The method further includes preparing a surgeon instrument kit containing the set of surgical instruments in sterilized form.

摘要： A programmable electronic golf swing timer worn on the wrist like a watch with an actuator button worn underneath a golf glove which will audibly alert the player at the optimal time the club should contact the ball. This electronic golf swing timer will assist the golfer in maintaining a uniform and consistent golf swing. The process of timing a golf swing with the watch-like assembly includes the steps of:a. setting a swing time for a particular golf club from back swing to contact with a golf ball by pressing a club button followed by a time button followed by a set button located on the watch-like assembly;b. pushing a club button located on the watch-like assembly representative of the golf club to be swung;c. observing an LED display on the watch-like assembly indicating the golf club chosen and the swing time for the golf club;d. activating a membrane switch positioned conveniently on a finger clip remote from the watch-like assembly to generate an electrical connection to indicate the start of the back swing;e. transmitting said electrical connection via a lead wire to the watch-like assembly to initiate a timer; and,f. providing an audible beep from the watch-like assembly after the swing time has elapsed as notification that contact of the golf cub with the golf ball should ideally occur.

摘要： A scissored sea-floor well template for positioning spacing of subsea wells or piling in the sea floor. Two arms, each having a pontoon template at each end thereof, are pivotally connected. The two arms are rotated about the pivot to a closed position for transportation to the marine site at which they are to be used. Inasmuch as the template is provided with pontoons, it can be towed and does not have to be loaded on a barge although it could be. Upon reaching the well site the arms are opened so that the pontoon templates assume the desired shape. The arms are then locked in this extended position and the scissor well template is then lowered to the ocean floor.

摘要： The present invention concerns animal kennels or crates that provide a means for housing, containing and training animals, and in particular, domesticated house pets such as dogs and cats. The crate is collapsible so that it can be disassembled and transported in a convenient fashion. The crate is comprised of side panels, end panels and a top panel that define the boundaries of the crate. These panels are secured together through the use of edge pieces that are strong enough to maintain the integrity of the crate when placed under the stresses associated with an animal trying to escape, while also being flexible enough to provide for an easy means of assembling and disassembling the crate. Corner caps are placed on the corners of the crate and a removable base can be clipped to the crate. The edge pieces and corner cap also provides the crate with an aesthetically appealing appearance that reduces the perception of crates being cruel to the animal.
