The trolley can be similarly transferred at another point along the track to an opposite side rail e. The rail d is trunnioned in the frame f so that it can be turned up out of the way. Fig. 4 shows an arrangement for preventing the trolley c from running over the ends of the crane gantry when not opposite to either of the transferring-points. At these points plates p are notched to engage with the hooked end of a rod m. At intermediate points the rod, as shown on the left of the Figure, is held down by the plate p, and thus serves as a stop for the trolley. On the right the rod m is shown engaging with a notch and leaving the trolley free to run off. The rods are mounted on the ends of levers s pivoted at r and fitted on their inner ends with frictionwheels adapted to engage with the top of the trolley. When these ends fall, upon the transference to a side rail, the lever m locks the gantry until the return of the trolley. In a modification, the plate p is fitted in hinged sections, so that the transference can take place at any point along the track.

    • A table styles inference engine determines the optimal body pattern to describe a user-created table. Optimal uniform, row banding, and column banding body patterns are determined. The user-defined table is analyzed assuming different uniform, different row banding, and/or different column banding body patterns. The optimal uniform body pattern is then determined by determining the uniform body pattern that most closely matches the user-defined table. The optimal row banding body pattern is then determined by determining the row banding body pattern that most closely matches the user-defined table. The optimal column banding body pattern is then determined by determining the column banding body pattern that most closely matches the user-defined table. From these optimal body patterns, the closest match to the user-defined table is determined to be the overall optimal body pattern. The overall optimal body pattern is then saved as a table style.

    • Methods and systems provide a tree view showing unannotated text nodes in a corresponding data formatted document. When the user begins to annotate the document with a desired data format structure, such as a markup language like XML, a tree view pane is displayed to the user to provide the user with an outline of the data structure presently applied to the document or to provide the user with an outline of the data structure applied to the document as the user annotates the document with data structure. In the tree view, an indicator is displayed in the location of any unannotated text nodes relative to their sibling data elements. If the user focuses on a given unannotated text node indicator in the tree view, the corresponding text node in the corresponding document is highlighted to the user to show the user the location of the text node that has not been annotated with data structure.

A user interface is provided for displaying a specific type of content in a predefined area of and electronic document. The user interface also includes a selection region for receiving a selection of content for insertion into the content region. The user interface validates the content received in the content region based on the specific type of content defined for the content region and based on a predefined content limit. The specific type of content received in the content region may be formatted according to a predetermined format and may also be bound to a data source external to the electronic document.
