The shouldered tiering posts 10, Fig. 3, of a pallet are received within tubes 5 carried by the pallet and each carrying a cup 7 at one of its open ends. As illustrated, each tiering post 10 comprises a metal tube 13 secured within a tube 12 so forming a shoulder 14 which abuts on the upper edge 15 of the tube 5. The cup 7 is welded to the lower end of the tube 5 which is thus guided to rest on the plain upper end of the tiering post 10 of the pallet next below in a stack. Each tube 5 is welded to a pair of spaced plates 6 which are bolted to the end bearer 2 of the pallet. In an alternative construction the cup 7 is welded to the upper end of the tube 5 and the shouldered portion of the tiering post 10 is carried by its upper end to engage in the tube 5 from beneath.

摘要： A containment space body may form an enclosurement space of a motor vehicle and be articulated relative to the motor vehicle. The containment space may be used to store, isolate, and/or protect tools, batteries, food stuffs, pets, fuels, water, gases, welding machines, and many other useful devices or items from the ambient environment outside the containment space. An articulating containment space body for a motor vehicle may form an enclosurement space with a space on board a motor vehicle. The articulating containment space body may articulate such that it maintains a plane parallel to the earth's horizon throughout the articulation path. The articulation mechanism assembly and attachment means to the articulation mechanism assembly of the containment space bodies may allow for rapid and easy exchange of different containment space bodies.
