摘要： Certain aspects of the present disclosure propose techniques for independently signaling features supported by a user equipment (UE) in different duplexing modes. The UE may be capable of communicating in frequency division duplexing (FDD) and time division duplexing (TDD) modes. The UE may obtain a FDD-specific feature group indicators (FGIs) set and a TDD-specific FGIs set, and signal at least one of the FDD-specific FGIs set or TDD-specific FGIs set. In addition, the UE may take one or more actions to reduce the likelihood of transitioning to a mode of operation that is different from its current mode of operation.

摘要： A method, an apparatus, and a computer program product for wireless communication are provided. The apparatus updates a CIE in guaranteed non-MBSFN subframes. The apparatus refrains from updating at least one of an AGC, a TTL, an FTL, or an SNR estimation (FTL_SNR) in potential MBSFN subframes before a SIB is decoded to ascertain which subframes of a radio frame are MBSFN subframes and non-MBSFN subframes. The MBSFN subframes include a subset of the potential MBSFN subframes. The non-MBSFN subframes include a remaining subset of the potential MBSFN subframes and the guaranteed non-MBSFN subframes.

摘要： Techniques for windowing a transmission are disclosed herein. In one aspect of the disclosure, the length of a window used for windowing may be configurable and determined for a transmission based on a configuration of the transmission. The configuration of the transmission may be determined based on one or more parameters such as a system bandwidth, a bandwidth assigned for the transmission, the location of the assigned bandwidth within the system bandwidth, a modulation type used for the transmission, etc. In another aspect of the disclosure, a preferred length for a window may be determined for each of a number of possible configurations of a transmission. Different possible window lengths may be evaluated for each possible configuration based on one or more performance metrics. For each configuration, a window length that can provide the best performance for that configuration may be selected as a preferred window length for that configuration.
