摘要： This bending cylinder solves the fast exchange of bending cylinder of machine for cylinder with different diameter, at which the effective working length of cylinders doesn't change. The bending cylinder (1) of bending rolls has axis (3) located in eccentric bushes (5,9), which are swivel located in body of fixing (4) and second is in head (21) of dumping arm (10). By moving round of bushes (5,9) about 180 degrees and securing of position of bushes can be changed the axis distance of cylinders (1,2) which make possible the exchange of bending cylinder (1) for cylinder with different diameter. Mechanism of dumping consists of lever mechanism (13), straight engine (14) and dumping arm (10) it is located on common caring body, which is sliding and adjustable arranged in leading on left side of frame of bending rolls. By adjusting of carrier body and simultaneous exchange of fastening insert (28) under body of fixing (4) are created other possibilities for change of axis distance of cylinders and exchange of bending cylinder (1).
