    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control valve capable of executing variable fluid control, and simultaneously executing quick fluid pressure exclusion. SOLUTION: The control valve system is provided with a housing having an inlet, an outlet, and an exhaust. The first passage extends between the inlet and the outlet, and a second passage extends between the outlet and the exhaust. The control valve system includes a first valve disposed in the first passage, and the first valve is movable between a closed position and an opened position. In the same way, the control valve system includes a second valve disposed in the second passage, and the second valve is movable between a closed position and an opened position. Moreover, the control valve system includes a regulator circuit operably connected to the housing which outputs a pilot pressure in response to a control signal. An actuator member is slidably disposed in the housing and movable in response to a pressure differential between the outlet pressure and the pilot pressure. The actuator member independently actuates the first valve and the second valve for quick pressure or quick exhaust.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive a soft start in a valve delivery side in order to avoid a rapid operating start in the valve delivery side when a fluid control valve used in opening/closing of a fluid circuit is opened. SOLUTION: When a fluid control valve 10 is moved to a closing position, a suction port 22 of the valve is shut off, a delivery port 26 is connected to a discharge port 30, and the fluid control valve 10 is socked in the closing position, a system thus operated is provided. When the fluid control valve 10 is moved to an opening position, the discharge port 30 is shut off and, by a piston 56 still continuously cutting-off a flow of fluid between the suction port 22 and the delivery port 26, full communication between the suction port 22 and the delivery port 26 is delayed. In an adjustable bypass passage, a pressure fluid is made to pass through the piston 56 from the suction port 22, to be fed to the delivery port 26. By this fluid feed, a pressure in the delivery port 26 is increased to a certain specific pressure. When the pressure in the delivery port 26 reaches to the specific pressure thereof, the piston 56 is moved from a position cutting-off a flow from the suction port 22 to the delivery port 26 to a position performing full communication between the suction port 22 and the delivery port 26.

    • PURPOSE: To enhance profitability, such as decrease in number of component members of a safety valve for a fluid system actuating a reciprocating fluid motor or the like, by avoiding the response delay of an apparatus to be actuated. CONSTITUTION: A piston 56 reciprocating within a piston chamber 60 provided in a housing 42 actuates a poppet valve member 50 opening and closing the space between a feed port 44 and an outlet port 46, and an exhaust piston 80 reciprocating within an exhaust closure cavity 84 actuates an exhaust valve member 86 opening and closing the space between the outlet port 46 and an exhaust port 49. A first passage means communicating the supply port 44 to the piston chamber 60 is provided with throttle means 66, 67, and a second passage means communicating the piston chamber 60 to the outlet port 46 is provided with a one-way check valve 77. A pilot actuating member 90 is provided for selectively supplying or blocking line pressure from the supply port 44 to the common part of a third passage means communicating the supply port 44 to the exhaust closure cavity 84 and the first passage means.
