    • The present invention pertains to the field of counter-current mass-exchange processes that provide a continuous interaction between a solid phase and a liquid phase, for example during washing, lixiviation and dissolution processes. This invention can be used in the radio-chemical industry, in the chemical industry, in hydro-metallurgy as well as in other industrial fields. The purpose of this invention is to increase the efficiency of counter-current mass-exchange processes in solid-liquid systems, wherein said invention essentially relates to a new method as well as to a device for mixing a solid-phase lump material. The device of the present invention comprises a tubular body (1) which is inclined at an angle of between 5 and 60 DEG relative to a horizontal surface and which comprises a packing (4) in the form of nozzles (6) defined by flat vanes (5). The vanes are inclined at an acute angle of between 5 and 45 DEG relative to the axis of the tubular body (1), and are separated by protection grids (7) for preventing any downfall of solid-phase materials under the packing. The packing is arranged in the body along the axis thereof, divides said body into an upper chamber (2) and a lower chamber (3), and opens onto transverse partitions (11) that define cavities under the packing. The cavities communicate through ducts (13) provided in the lower area. Each cavity includes a separate pulse chamber (14), wherein the number of said chambers is an even number.

    • The present invention relates to a method that comprises loading a base raw material with recycled water so as to form a pulp, and separating the largest fraction from said pulp. The remaining part of the raw material is classified and fractionated before treating all fractions using water in a hydro-dynamic mixing mode. This hydro-dynamic mixing mode can be achieved by applying low-frequency pulses with a power of between 0.20 and 1.00 kW/h for one ton of the raw material, and by controlling the pulse intensity. The device of the present invention comprises a single body which is made of two portions coupled together and includes the following members: a separator for separating the largest fraction which is made in the shape of an inclined spiral array; a classifier for fractionating the soil which is made in the shape of a column; a washing unit that uses pure water and is made in the shape of a vertical tube; and a recovery unit for recovering the fraction particles for washing, wherein said unit is mounted between the loading system and the washing unit. This device also includes a pulse conductor as well as pulse chambers which are connected to the washing unit and to the lower part of the body.
