    • A method according invention lies in that, using a machine equipped with a mechanical sliding table with adjustable feed speed, and a variable speed spindle whose axis is perpendicular to the direction of slide of the table and said spindle has ability to approach, with adjustable down force, to the workpiece, there is a pattern cut in the surface of an element in the form of the of elongate irregular lines imitating aged wood, using a wire brush roller, and in the next step, the surface with obtained pattern is treated in order to blunt sharp edges and to remove burrs. The implemented brush is formed from steel or brass wires with a diameter of 0.2 to 0.5mm and said brush has shape of a cylinder with an outer diameter dimension of 80 to 400 mm, and it is mounted on the machine spindle in such a way that the axis of the cylinder is inclined to the spindle axis at an angle of 1 to 3 degrees. The following parameters are used during cutting: rotational speed of the brush in the range of 100 to 800 rev/min, the table feed speed of 0.7 to 1.2 m/min. The surface with obtained pattern is treated in order to blunt sharp edges and to remove burrs by brushing using tynex head, or by hand or mechanical deburring using abrasives or by sandblasting.

    • Entry door comprise a doorframe (1) and a slab (2) hanged on hinges (3) mounted to the doorframe (1), wherein the doorframe (1) is formed from a multi-chamber profile (10) made of PVC and includes inserted metal section (11), and the slab (2) comprise a supporting frame (12), preferably made of polymer composite, covered on both sides with a polyester sheeting (13) with the space in-between them filled with CFC- free foam sealant (14), wherein both, the doorframe (1) and the slab (2) have at least one groove (15, 16, 17) in which the seal is seated (7, 8, 9). The doorframe (1) has a rectangular cross-sectional shape with one corner (20) rounded and beveled and the second corner (21) possessing rectangular channel (22) with masking insert (23) and in the front wall (24) the channel (22), has the groove (15), in which seal (7) is inserted, which comes in contact with one of the front surfaces (26) of the slab (2). The door slab (2) is made as a rebated type with the meeting stile (27) on the side, bottom, and top edges of the slab, wherein the meeting stile is carried out within the framework (12). On the extension of the inner surface (28) of the meeting stile (27) there is a meeting stile groove (16) in which the second seal (8) is pressed in, in contact with the side surface (29) of the doorframe (1), and at the bottom with the side surface (30) of the threshold (4). On the lower surface of the slab, parallel to the meeting stile groove (16), there is the second groove (17) in which a brush type seal (9) is pressed in, in contact with the top surface (31) of the threshold (4,5). In the lower surface of the non-rebated type in slab (2), there is only the groove (17) in which a brush type seal 9 is pressed in. In the rectangular channel (22) of the doorframe (1) instead of masking insert (23), spacer insert is dovetailed (33) containing groove (15) with projections (25) in which seal (7) is inserted, which comes in contact with one of the front surfaces (26) of the slab (2).
