摘要： An apparatus is provided for guiding a cutter to cut a bone to receive a knee prosthesis and methods for its use. In one aspect of the invention a relative angle adjustment mechanism is provided to adjust the relative angle between first and second cut guides. In another aspect of the invention, a cut guide is hinged to a mounting base such that it is rotatable about the hinge between a first position in which the cut guide is adjacent to the bone and a second position in which the cut guide is spaced from the bone. In another aspect of the invention, a mounting base includes an initial fixation mechanism and a secondary fixation mechanism.
