摘要： A surgical instrument for anastomosis of first and second blood vessels includes a housing having distal and proximal ends, a handle and a disposable loading unit removably mounted to the distal end of the housing. The loading unit includes upper and lower fastener support members having a passage defined therethrough for receiving an end of the second blood vessel and configured to releasably support a plurality of surgical fasteners. The loading unit also includes a retractable anvil located at a distal end of the loading unit, the anvil being movable relative to the fastener support member in response to actuation of the handle to simultaneously deform the of surgical fasteners.

The valve membrane is adapted and configured for movement between a first position in which blood flow through the support is permitted and a second position in which blood flow through the support is inhibited.

摘要： A thrombectomy apparatus for breaking up thrombus or other obstructive material in a lumen of a vascular graft or vessel includes a flexible sheath and a wire positioned within the flexible sheath, wherein the wire and flexible sheath are relatively movable. The wire is substantially sinuous in configuration and assumes a substantially sinuous shape when deployed from the flexible sheath and a straighter configuration when retracted into the flexible sheath. The wire is operatively connected to a motor for rotation of the wire to enable the deployed wire to break up the thrombus or other obstructive material.

摘要： A hemostasis device for percutaneously sealing a puncture in the wall of a blood vessel includes a rigid post, and a foot, a seal and a retaining member mounted on the rigid post. The hemostasis device may be deployed in the puncture so that the foot is positioned within the blood vessel. Tension is applied to the rigid post to hold the foot against the inside surface of the blood vessel. The retaining member is then pushed along the length of the rigid post, advancing the seal to a deployed state against the outside surface of the blood vessel. The puncture in the blood vessel is sandwiched between the foot and the seal in the deployed state. The rigid post, foot, seal and retaining member may all be formed from a resorbable polymeric material.

摘要： A catheter has a lumen for a thrombectomy device and at least two balloons of different compliancies. In one embodiment, the catheter is adapted to clear dialysis grafts. One balloon is adapted to expand a stenosis at a venous junction of a dialysis graft and another balloon is adapted to pull a stenosis at an arterial junction of a dialysis graft. A single catheter may be used to perform a dialysis thrombectomy procedure.

The staple cartridges (128) have an exit area (130) for discharging at least one of the staples (180) therethrough. The actuating assembly (148) is adapted for actuating the plurality of staple cartridges (128) to discharge the at least one staple through the exit area. The expansion mechanism (126) is in operative association with staple cartridges (128). The expansion mechanism (126) is operative for pushing the exit area (130) against the endograft when discharging the at least one staple therethrough.
