摘要： A slurry supply system with multiple supply modules and a flushing module concurrently coupled to the multiple supply modules is provided. Each supply module includes a slurry reservoir and at least one delivery line connecting to the slurry reservoir, wherein each delivery line is oriented toward a chemical mechanical polishing apparatus. The flushing module includes a flushing liquid reservoir and multiple flushing lines connecting to the flushing liquid reservoir, wherein each flushing line is coupled to each delivery line thereby the flush module can selectively flush one of the delivery lines.

摘要： Techniques for image browsing, navigating and user interface operation are described herein. An image cube, having three axes representing a medical patient's body parts, imaging technology and image date, may be displayed on a visual display. Image piles of icons or thumbnail images may be positioned within the image cube, according to the three axes. By fixing the body parts axis on a specific body part, an image plane may be selected from the image cube. The selected image plane replaces the image cube in the visual display, including only image piles of the selected body part, organized according to axes indicating imaging technology and image date. An image pile may be selected from the image plane, to replace the image plane on the visual display. Image pile operations allow the user to select from the image pile a desired image(s) for display.

摘要： A low cost and long lasting hinge mechanism suitable for hinging a cover to a housing of a device is disclosed. The hinge mechanism has a pair of pins attached to the cover and a corresponding pair of apertures on the housing. The pins fit into the apertures to hinge the cover to the housing to allow the cover to be tilted from a closed position to an open position. The aperture has a first portion and a second constricted portion. A pivoting point is provided on a tab on the housing. A corresponding cam-profiled section is provided on the cover for interacting with the pivoting point to urge the pin into the corresponding constricted portion of the aperture for securing the cover in the open position.

摘要： 2D nearest-neighbor quantum architectures for Shor's factoring algorithm may be accomplished using the form of three arithmetic building blocks: modular addition using Gossett's carry-save addition, modular multiplication using Montgomery's method, and non-modular multiplication using an original method. These arithmetic building blocks may assume that ancillae are cheap, that concurrent control may be available and scalable, and that execution time may be the bottleneck. Thus, the arithmetic building blocks may be optimized in favor of circuit width to provide improved depth existing nearest-neighbor implementations.
