摘要： Computer-implemented techniques for mapping of the connectivity of the nervous system of a mammal use data derived from diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging. Diffusion data (5) representing a probability density function for the diffusion parameters at respective voxels in a subject region of the nervous system is derived and used to derive a connectivity pattern data set (7) describing the anatomical connectivity of said nervous system to a seed voxel. Seed voxels are classified on the basis of their respective connectivity pattern data sets (7) according to a predetermined criterion such as the probability of connection of the seed voxels to portions of a target region. The techniques allow analysis of the anatomy of the nervous system because the unique connectivity pattern of a brain region determines the type of information available to it and therefore influences its function. The use of probabilistic techniques provides for robust and effective analysis and imaging.

The expansion handles may optionally be configured to display or hide selected of the auxiliary nodes.

摘要： Techniques are disclosed for efficiently updating rendered content (such as content of a Web page) using a “slow-loading” content element, such as a slow-loading image. A reference is embedded within the markup language notation for the content to be rendered, where this reference identifies the source of the slow-loading content element. Delivery of the slow-loading content therefore begins automatically, when the content is rendered. Event handling attributes are specified with the reference, where values of these attributes identify client-side logic to be invoked when the associated event occurs. If the server determines that the rendered content, or some portion thereof, should be asynchronously updated, it abruptly terminates delivery of the slow-loading content. This termination triggers an event handler, which operates to automatically request reloading of the content. Attributes are also preferably specified for handling abort events and successful loading events, causing the client to request reloading of the content in each case (and restarting delivery of the slow-loading content).

摘要： Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, system and computer program product for cross-cutting event correlation in an enterprise computing monitoring and management system. An enterprise computing monitoring and management system can include a hierarchy of nodes, where several of the nodes are each coupled to a corresponding embedded correlation engine and an event bus. The system further can include a root node among the nodes. The root node can be coupled to the event bus and to centralized correlation logic programmed to identify a high correspondence between events from a particular event source among the nodes and a particular set of correlation rules in that correlation engine. The identification of such correspondence can be used to move to the set of correlation rules to an embedded correlation engine closer to the particular event source.
