CONSTITUTION: A solar collector comprises a driving unit(110), a heating collecting unit(120) and a heating unit. The heating unit is located on tip of the heat collecting unit and heats the water circulating within the inside. The driving unit comprises a driven gear, a rotational plate, a gear drive motor, a screw driving motor and an arm(118). The driven gear is fixed to the upper end of the post. The rotational plate selectively revolves along with the heat collecting unit and the heating unit. The gear drive motor rotates the drive gear and meshes with the driven gear. The bottom of arm is fixed to the upper end of the rotational plate. The upper end is connected to a hinge shaft.
