摘要： A non-volatile semiconductor storage device array organization for wide program operations is achieved. The device comprises a memory cell array region in which a plurality of C columns and R rows of memory cells comprise one UNIT, arranged in a “diffusion bit” array organization which is comprised of R rows of word lines running in a first direction, and C columns of diffusion sub bit lines running in a second direction, and C columns of sub control gate lines running in the same second direction and a sense amplifier/page buffer area shared by several UNITS through a bit decode circuit, wherein the diffusion sub bit lines in each of the UNITS are connected to main bit lines which are in turn connected to the sense amplifier/page buffer area, wherein the bit decode circuit selects one diffusion sub bit line column of memory cells in every E columns.

摘要： Provided is a tap tape for electronic devices with lead crack and a method of manufacturing the tap tape. According to the present invention, by forming a cutting portion on a narrow circuit pattern to be connected from an inner lead to an outer lead and further forming the cutting portion within a resin application portion and without being a bending portion, crack occurred in a narrow wiring width can be avoided. The tap tape may includes a first lead and a second lead formed on a dielectric substrate and a cutting portion formed on one of the first lead and the second lead wherein the cutting portion is formed within a resin application portion.

摘要： The present invention relates to a hyaluronic acid-protein conjugate in which a hyaluronic acid-aldehyde derivative, in which derivative an aldehyde group is introduced to a hyaluronic acid or the salts thereof, is bound to N-terminal of a protein. The present invention also relates to a method for preparing the hyaluronic acid-protein conjugate. The hyaluronic acid-protein conjugate according to the present invention has significantly superior bio conjugation and persistent protein drug efficiency, and has excellent protein drug activity as the hyaluronic acid is specifically bound to N-terminal of a protein. In addition, an aldehyde substation rate of the hyaluronic acid-aldehyde derivative is controlled to freely control the liver-targeting properties of the hyaluronic acid, and therefore, the hyaluronic acid-protein conjugate of the present invention may be valuably used not only for drugs for treating liver diseases but also for ensuring persistent protein drug efficiency that bypass the liver. The hyaluronic acid-protein conjugate of the present invention may be valuably used for a drug delivery system of a protein.
