摘要： Disclosed are an electronic approval method, a system thereof, and a recording medium to be read by a computer on which an electronic approval program is mounted. The electronic approval system comprises an approval applicant PC, a DB server, a web/application server, and an approver mobile device. The approval applicant PC creates letter approval containing approval documents with a signature available area, and requests the prepared letter approval. The DB server stores the letter approval history requested by the approval applicant PC. The web/application server transmits the mobile based approval history provided from the DB server to the approver mobile device. The approver mobile device receives the mobile based approval history from the web/application server, responds operation of the approver, performs letter approval operation through the direct signature of the approver, and then transmits a signature image file generated through approval opinion and the direct signature to the web/application server. At this time, if the approver mobile device inquires whether the approval history exists, the web/application server transmits the mobile based approval history to the approver mobile device and inserts the signature image file transmitted from the approver mobile device into approval documents files, and thereby completes the final approval document. Accordingly, as an approver directly signs in person on a signature input window on an approver mobile device, authenticity of the signature can be ensured in electronic approval.

摘要： The present invention relates to a human antibody which specifically bonds to c-Met and which consists of: a complementarity-determining region (CDR); and a framework region (FR), both regions being derived from humans. The present invention also relates to a polynucleotide encoding said human antibody, to an expression vector comprising said polynucleotide, to a transformant transformed by said expression vector, to a method for preparing human antibody B7 by culturing said transformant, to a wound-healing composition comprising said human antibody as an active ingredient, to a cell-regenerating composition comprising said human antibody as an active ingredient, and to an antibody-drug conjugate in which a drug is linked to said human antibody. The human antibody specific to c-Met according to the present invention works as a mimic of HGF and therefore may be used as a wound-healing composition. The human antibody of the present invention may be widely utilized in the treatment and prognosis of various diseases which may be healed by the activation of said HGF or c-Met (e.g., neuronal infarction, progressive nephropathy, cirrhosis of the liver, lung fibrosis, kidney, liver, or lung injuries, and ulcerated wounds).

摘要： The present invention relates to a method to inhibit cancer by targeting CD24, more precisely a method to inhibit cancer by using CD24 expressed in most cancer cells as a target of an antibody therapeutic agent or by inhibiting the interaction between CD24 and P-selectin. CD24 is over-expressed in most cancer cells and CD24 accumulated in cytoplasm accelerates metastasis. Therefore, the method to inhibit cancer of the invention by targeting CD24 can be effectively used for the treatment of cancer by inhibiting the progress of various cancers over-expressing CD24.
