    • This invention relates to a stapler with rotary top plates connected with an auxiliary plate. With this stapler, it is possible to easily staple the center of paper which the existing staplers can't reach to staple. As for the existing stapler, the upper plates and the lower plates are connected with a hinge, but in case of this invented stapler, the upper plates and the lower plates are not connected with a hinge, and instead, only the upper plates are connected with an additional auxiliary plate. Therefore, without giving any modification to the lower plate, only the upper plates are made to rotate left and right. The stapler of this invention has the upper plates that rotate so its size is almost same as the existing one, but it can easily reach the part where the existing stapler can't like the center of paper.

    • The present invention relates to an oil-in-water (O/W) type nano-emulsion composition comprising an oil component containing oil and a polyethylene glycol ester-based emulsifier; and a water component containing a polyol or a polyol derivative. The present invention also relates to a cosmetic composition comprising the oil-in-water type nano-emulsion composition, and to a method for preparing the oil-in-water type nano-emulsion composition. According to the present invention, a nano-sized low-viscosity emulsion having a high inner phase can be obtained through the method that is different from the conventional methods of phase inversion temperature emulsification or high pressure emulsification, thereby significantly improving the stability of the emulsion. In addition, the nano-emulsion composition of the present invention can be applied to a variety of cosmetic compositions, and can produce cosmetic compositions having a variety of feelings of use. Further, the nano-emulsion composition of the present invention has small-sized particles and can thus deliver active ingredients to the skin effectively.

    • An active plate for a liquid crystal display has an insulating layer (76) arranged as a plurality of columns, each insulating layer column overlapping the pixel electrodes (12) of two adjacent columns of pixels.
