    • The present invention relates to a suction head, and particularly a medical suction head which can easily drain exudations from a patient's skin wound. The present invention is a medical suction head for draining exudations of a wound sealed by a surgical drape to a drain tube using negative pressure, the exudations being absorbed in a porous pad, which is attached to the wound, and guided to the drain tube by the medical suction head placed in contact with the porous pad, the medical suction head comprising: a flange part placed in contact with the porous pad, comprising a center hole disposed in the center of the flange part and a plurality of guiding channels arranged on a porous pad-contacting surface of the flange part and separated from each other without intersection; and a coupling pipe, a first end of the coupling pipe communicating with the center hole of the flange part, and a second end of the coupling pipe coupled to the drain tube, wherein the exudations absorbed in the porous pad are guided to the center hole through the plurality of guiding channels.

The latch assembly for the vehicle seat which includes a base plate, a latch which is rotatably coupled to the base plate to rotate between a locking position and an open position, and a pawl and a pawl plate which are coaxial with the base plate and coupled to be overlapped each other to interact with each other to rotate, includes: the latch including a locking surface; the pawl plate including a pressing surface which presses the locking surface when the latch is positioned at the locking position, and a first supporting surface which supports the locking surface when the latch rotates by means of an impact; and the pawl including a second supporting surface which supports the locking surface together with the pawl plate when the latch rotates by means of the impact. Thus, the present invention provides a latch assembly for a vehicle seat having an improved configuration which enables a convenient handling and is capable of smoothly operating although there is a coupling condition error, and stably maintaining a coupling state in spite of an external impact against a chassis.

    • A method of manufacturing a packing paper is provided to manufacture various kinds of packing papers at low cost by printing an outer paper of the packing paper with an offset printing method and separately forming the outer and inner papers of the packing paper. A method of manufacturing a packing paper includes the steps of: supplying an outer paper from an outer paper feeder to an outer paper conveyor belt(S1); punching a hole on the outer paper by a puncher(S2); applying an adhesive on a circumference of the punched hole(S3); attaching a film sheet to the applied adhesive after cutting the film sheet wound on a roll(S4); applying the adhesive on the outer paper while moving in the width direction(S5); applying the adhesive on inner papers transferred by an inner paper conveyor belt(S6); bonding the inner papers transferred by a combined conveyor belt(S7); punching a hole on the bonded inner papers in correspondence to the hole punched in the second step(S8); bonding the outer and inner papers so that the holes formed on the outer and inner papers correspond to each other and the outer paper is placed under the inner paper(S9); applying the adhesive on one of both sides of the bonded paper while applying the adhesive on a predetermined width of the outer and inner papers(S10); and folding both lateral ends of the bonded paper to overlap with each other in the shape of a tube in which the outer paper is placed on the outer surface of the bonded paper and the inner paper is placed on the inner surface of the bonded paper and forming both side surfaces of the tube with a gusset(S11).

    • A conventional high-luminance white light emitting diode (LED) device has the disadvantage of it being difficult to achieve high luminance and excellent and uniform quality since emitted light is weaker in the red wavelength region that at yellow wavelengths. The present invention provides a high-luminance white LED device with improved color rendering and spectrum distribution, and a method of manufacturing the same. The white LED device according to one embodiment of the present invention is characterized by dual molds. The white LED device includes: an LED chip mounting member for mounting an LED chip; at least one blue LED chip or ultraviolet LED chip mounted on the LED chip mounting member; a first mold having a transparent epoxy resin and a first phosphor and sealing the blue or ultraviolet LED chip, the first phosphor dispersed in the transparent epoxy resin to convert light emitted from the blue or ultraviolet LED chip into first light having a first wavelength; and a second mold having a transparent epoxy resin and a second phosphor and formed on the first mold, the second phosphor dispersed in the transparent epoxy resin to convert light emitted from the blue or ultraviolet LED chip into second light having a second wavelength, the second light being white light obtained by combination of the emitted light with the first light. The white LED device having the dual molds can be a lamp-type LED device, an injection-molded housing package-type LED device, or a transfer-molded chip-type LED device.
