摘要： A coupling set for connecting a ground plate for arrest of lightning is provided, in which the ground plate is embedded underground below an electric pole in order to effectively arrest lightning. 摘要： Disclosed are an intra prediction method of a chrominance block using a luminance sample and an apparatus using the same. An image decoding method comprises the steps of: calculating an intra prediction mode of a chrominance block on the basis of an LM mapping table when the chrominance block uses an LM; and generating a prediction block for the chrominance block on the basis of the calculated intra prediction mode of the chrominance block. When intra prediction mode information of chrominance blocks are decoded, mutually different tables are used depending on whether or not an LM is used, so that encoding and decoding can be performed without an unnecessary waste of bits.

According to the diode for electrostatic protection, the first and second diodes prevent static electricity generated in the input/output pad from flowing into an internal circuit, and when the static electricity generated in the input/output pad flows to the power supply pad, the third diode is grounded to prevent static electricity from flowing into an internal circuit.

The method for entropy decoding comprises the following steps: determining whether the number of occurrences for a first code number is greater than or equal to the number of occurrences for a second code number, which is a code number that is less than the first code number by one; and assigning to the second code number a first syntax element value that was assigned to the first code number, and to the first code number a second syntax element value that was assigned to the second code number, when the number of occurrences for the first code number is greater than or equal to the number of occurrences for the second code number. 摘要： The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for processing video signals, the method comprising: receiving a video signal; decoding a current frame of the video signal in block units to generate a restored frame; and acquiring first and second flags to acquire a filter coefficient which is adaptively determined from the video signal for each slice on the basis of flag information, or performing deblocking filtering with a predetermined filter coefficient. Moreover, the present invention relates to a video signal processing method which includes an inter-frame prediction method that efficiently determines a motion vector to perform motion prediction, as well as a method for performing inter-frame prediction for a residual image. The method for processing video signals according to the present invention can increase the compression encoding efficiency of a video signal by performing accurate motion prediction and residual image prediction, and can improve the quality of a restored image by removing distortion which occurs when restoring an image and performing a filtering operation for restoring an image that is nearly identical to the original image.

The present invention includes determining whether a partition of a current macroblock according to a current macroblock type is coded in a skip mode, deriving a motion vector of the partition if the partition of the current macroblock is coded in the skip mode, and predicting a pixel value of the partition based on the derived motion vector. Accordingly, the present invention obtains a pixel value of a reference block close to an original video using a motion vector by deriving the motion vector by a block unit smaller than a size of the macroblock, thereby enhancing a reconstruction ratio of the macroblock.
