    • The present device relates to a syringe for one-handed use, for injecting medicine by using one hand, which can supply a necessary injection at the target area. Although a conventional syringe normally requires two-handed use, only one hand could be used during the operation of drawing blood, etc. It is very inconvenient to use the syringe with one hand. It also is difficult to use during the operation of drawing the injection since the fingers can easily slip on the syringe. Accordingly, the present device relates to a syringe having an injection outlet at the lower side of a barrel; a protruding flange at the upper side of the barrel; a packing at the lower side of a piston; and a projecting part at the upper side of the piston, which comprises a suspension flange at the lower side of the protruding flange on the barrel; and a suspension slot from the upper side of the piston to the lower side of the projecting part. In this way, the present device is easy to use for drawing and injecting with one hand without slipping.
