摘要： Disclosed is a method of preparing alkyl butyrate, which comprises: (a) producing a fermented liquid containing butyrate salt through a fermentation process using butyric acid-producing strains; (b) obtaining an extracted liquid containing butyric acid from a continuous extracting apparatus using an extraction solvent, after converting the butyrate salt into butyric acid by adding an inorganic acid except for carbonic acid or carbon dioxide into the fermented liquid, wherein the continuous extracting apparatus includes a plurality of extraction terminals which are installed inside an extraction column and perform a reciprocating motion vertically, and the fermented liquid and the extracted liquid are supplied to upper and lower portions of the column, respectively; and (c) reacting the extracted liquid and alcohol having a carbon number of 4 or less or a mixture thereof in an esterification reactor to convert a resultant product into alkyl butyrate. According to the present invention, butyric acid existing in microbic culture fluid can be efficiently extracted, and furthermore, competitively priced alkyl butyrate can be prepared without an additional process of separating the extracted solvent while minimizing energy consumption.

摘要： Disclosed is a blood cell separation chip that separates plasma from blood using capillary force while preventing blood leakage in unwanted directions. The present invention comprises: an upper substrate which fixes a membrane in such a manner that one or more of the edges do not come into contact, and is provided with a part of a channel for providing a path that enables the plasma component separated from the blood using the membrane to move in one direction; and a blood cell separation chip, which joins with the upper substrate to form the other part of the channel, and includes a lower substrate, which enables the plasma to move along the channel by capillary force, at the location that corresponds to one side of the lower surface of the membrane, and such features enable the prevention of loaded blood leaking in unwanted directions by ensuring the least amount of contact possible between each of the edges of the membrane and the structure that joins the upper substrate and the lower substrate.

The method may include: dissolving an enteric base material, a capsule forming aid, and a neutralizing agent in water at room temperature to prepare an aqueous composition; heating the aqueous composition to a first temperature that is higher than a gelation start temperature of the aqueous composition; cooling the heated aqueous composition to a second temperature that is lower than the gelation start temperature; immersing a mold pin heated to a third temperature that is higher than the gelation start temperature into the aqueous composition; removing the mold pin from the aqueous composition to obtain a film coated on the mold pin; maintaining the film on the mold pin at a fourth temperature that is higher than the gelation start temperature for a first time period to fix the film onto the mold pin; and drying the fixed film at a fifth temperature for a second time period to obtain a capsule shell.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a method for marking bio-information into the genome of an organism, an organism marked with inherent bio-information by the method and a method for reading the bio-information. The method is characterized in that inherent bio-information encoded to a DNA sequence or RNA sequence is inserted into genome of organisms through a gene delivery system. Inherent bio-information is inserted into genome of organisms, thus avoiding loss by cell culture or artificial manipulation and being widely used even for organisms whose host-vector system is not provided. Based on these features, the method has the following advantages. First, inherent bio-informtion can be clearly obtained from the organisms themselves, rather than an additional means such as catalogs. Second, when organisms developed through desperate efforts are stolen, they can be tracked down and identified. Third, when serious problems occur by overuse or misuse of organisms, the origin thereof can be clearly determined.
