摘要： Disclosed herein is a radio transmission device comprising data inputting means for inputting transmission data, data storing means for storing the inputted transmission data temporarily, data compression means for reading data from the data storing means to compress the data, and data transmitting means for transmitting the compressed data through a radio line. With this configuration, a real-time signal in a radio transmission system, in which effective throughput is not guaranteed like ACL link of Bluetooth can be transmitted and received. Delay of data transmission caused by a change in throughput of the line is absorbed by the data storing means. In addition, controlling a compression rate in response to the change in throughput enables transmission with an optimum data rate.

摘要： The present invention relates to a radio communication apparatus and a radio communications method, a radio communication system, a recording medium, and a computer program in which a response signal to an inquiry is returned to a master only when instructions to perform radio communications are issued. A CPU 51 blinks LED 56 when an inquiry signal is received, and transmits a response to the inquiry signal when a user who has referred to lighting of the LED 56 operates a connection response button 53. The connection response button 53 is operated when the user issues radio communications instructions with respect to the inquiry signal. In other words, even when wireless headphones 2 are within an area capable of radio communications with the master, only if the connection response button 53 is operated by the user, it sends to the master a response to the inquiry, and establishes connection. The present invention may be applied to a wireless storage server, wireless headphones, and audio reproduction apparatuses.

Preferably, the number-setting circuit generates a plurality of the first data words corresponding to at least one corresponding frequency, the first and second memories have a plurality of channels storing the first data word and the second data words to be added with the first data words, and the control circuit operates in a time-sharing fashion. To avoid folded errors in the output signal, the waveform memory can include a plurality of data banks each storing waveform data corresponding to a predetermined portion of the frequency range of the apparatus, and the control circuit operates to select an appropriate data bank corresponding to the selected frequency.
