    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shear force resistor device which is used in tightly connecting a new structure and an old structure when a vibration control device (vibration control member) or an aseismic device (aseismatic member) is installed in earthquake proof and vibration control repair work in a construction field and which is remarkably excellent in resistance efficiency of shear force between the structures.SOLUTION: A shear force resistor device comprises a ring-shaped groove streak with a cross section of nearly concave or convex, an attachment hole bored from the central part to the inside, a device body in which a ring-shaped locking protrusive piece is installed while an insertion hole is bored in the center and in which a cutout concave or convex with a shape of body of rotation is installed in the neighboring site, an anchor member which penetrates a surface adhesion member having a shape of body of rotation and having the insertion hole installed in the center and the insertion hole and which is inserted into the attachment hole, and a nut member which is screwed to bring the surface adhesion member into close contact with the device body.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To join two structures (a main structure and an additional structure) that can behave independently when a horizontal force is in active, for example, an existing concrete structure and a new concrete structure constructed adjacent to the existing one or the like, in a state that relative rotational deformation is permitted around a rotational axis in a horizontal direction while conveying the horizontal shear force between the two structures.SOLUTION: An anchoring device 3 is arranged astride a main structure 1 and an additional structure 2 that can behave independently from each other when a horizontal force is in active. The anchoring device 3 comprises: an anchoring member 4 that is arranged astride the boundary between the main structure 1 and the additional structure 2 and is provided with an insertion hole 42a passing through the thickness direction in a part thereof; and a bendable anchor 5 that passes through the anchoring member 4 so as to be anchored to both structures 1, 2. The anchoring member 4 is provided with an anchoring portion 41 which is anchored to one of the main structure 1 and the additional structure 2 and a body portion 42 which is anchored to the other structure and whose one surface on the other structure side is formed into a convex shape, which makes a relative rotational deformation of the structure 2 possible along the surface of the body potion 42.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for cleaning a tire of a vehicle, capable of efficiently and securely removing mud or soil adhered to the tire such a truck or a dump truck entering or leaving a civil engineering construction site.SOLUTION: A wet-type cleaner 1, a load mat 2, and an air blow type cleaner 3 are installed in this order in the advancing direction of the vehicle A. The wet-type cleaner 1 is constituted of a spray water injection nozzle 4 which removes mud or soil adhered to the tire by jetting spray water. The load mat 2 is constituted of a plurality of ribs which remove mud or soil adhered to the tire. The air blow type cleaner 3 is constituted of a high pressure air injection nozzle which removes mud or soil adhered to the tire and further dries the tire.
