    • A differential transformer suitable for determining small displacements and hence for use in a vibrometer comprises a bobbin 11 having a hollow bore 21,there being a primary coil 12 wound in one or two layers for the entire length of the bobbin, from one end cheek to the other. A spacer 20 is fitted centrally over the primary coil, and between one end cheek and the spacer 20 is wound a secondary coil 14, whereas between the other end cheek and the spacer 20 is wound a second secondary coil 16. The two coils 14 and 16 are connected differentially, and a ferromagnetic core 18 is mounted on an operating rod 19 within the bore 21. The primary coil 12 is adapted to be energised at a relatively high frequency typically between 50kHz and 2MHz, and the output from the differentially- connected coils 14 and 16 is then relatively high but linear for small displacements of the core 18 from its central position. Modifications are disclosed in which the movable member is a non-magnetic conductive body, e.g Al, Ag, Cu or alloys thereof, disposed within, outside, or between the coils, and this may slide on a magnetic member. • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing tackle housing box capable of instantaneously taking out a fishing tackle by opening the box while holding the box with a portable tool in spite of the fishing tackle housing box such that two box- shaped members are joined with a hinge and further without any fear for dropping the fishing tackle even when any of the two box-shaped members is opened. SOLUTION: This fishing tackle housing box is obtained by installing engaging parts 17 and 27 of the same shape in each of mutually corresponding sites of the first and the second box-shaped members 1 and 2 connected with a main hinge 3 and making any of the engaging parts 17 and 27 capable of being engaged and held with engageable parts and further individually providing cover units 4 and 5 for closing opened ports 18 and 28 in each of the box-shaped members 1 and 2.

    • PURPOSE: To facilitate the arrangement for setting a rod rest device at a fishing place and the housing work of the rod rest device in changing the fishing place or at the end of fishing and to enable the insertion of the rod rest member into a holding hole from a side of the holding part without deteriorating the function to properly support the fishing rod and the function to facilitate the attaching and detaching work of the fishing rod. CONSTITUTION: Holding parts 5, 6 each having a vertical holding hole 4 are attached to a vertical wall 10A of a cooler box 1. The shafts 2A, 3A of rod rest members 2, 3 are inserted sideways and held in the holding hole 4 with an elastically expandable opening 50 formed on both holding parts 5, 6. The rod rest members 2, 3 are attached to the vertical wall 10A with the holding parts 5, 6 by this operation. The base part 14A of the fishing rod 14 is received by the receptors 2B, 3B of the rod rest members 2, 3 and the rod 14 is supported in an overhanged state by using the cooler box 1 as an anchor.

    • PURPOSE: To uniformly disperse a ground bait from meshes of a bottomed basket continuously for a fixed time by suppressing occurrence of inconvenience of overflowing a large amount of the ground bait from the top opening part of the bottomed basket to water. CONSTITUTION: A fishing line connecting rod 3 is liftably inserted into a boss part 2B of an arch connecting member 2. An overflow suppressing piece 3B formed at the lower part of the fishing line connecting rod 3 is brought close to the top opening part of a bottomed basket 1 by pushing down the fishing line connecting rod 3. The approach state is determined by a locating mechanism 4 consisting of a projected part 3C formed on the fishing line connecting rod 3 and an under surface 2b of the boss part 2B interfered by the projected part 3C to prevent a large amount of a ground bait from overflowing from the top opening part of the bottomed basket 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing float where its buoyancy and weight can be adjusted by increase and decrease of the number of the granular sinkers in order not to cause instability in the attitude of the float due to movement of the granular sinkers within the inner space of a bottom cover. SOLUTION: This float has a floating body 1, a hollow bottom cover 3 detachably attached to the lower part of the body 1 and an elastic filling body 6. The body 1 and the cover 3 are provided with respective open holes 17 and 35 for being inserted with a fishing line. A female screw 31 on the side of the cover 3 can perform screw matching with a male screw 16 on the side of the body 1. Only the necessary number of granular sinkers such as spherical pellets for fishing made of a lead alloy can be contained within the inner space of the bottom cover 3.
