One side face of a pressureresistant rubber plate 15 is brought into contact with the other side face of the metallic block 12 and fixed thereto, and further, a metallic plate 16 is brought into contact with the other side face of the pressure-resistant rubber plate 15 and fixed thereto. And further, an adjacent hollow structure 1a is brought into contact with the hollow structure 1 and fixed thereto. In this way, the structure can be simplified.
