    • PURPOSE:To perform an accurate bending without test bending work by performing bending work, automatically thinking, deciding, and setting pieces of information necessary for working by a system itself. CONSTITUTION:A working function part A is a press as a bending work means for metal, plastic, and composite sheets. A decision function part B provided with a microcomputer 9 performs prescribed calculations by input of material characteristics and the final shape from an input means 10 without input of final working conditions and sets optimum working conditions. A control function part C provided with a CPU 11 receives the optimum working force and working conditions calculated by the part B and gives commands of selection of a pulse motor 1a, etc. and a momentum signal. A measuring function part D is mounted on the part A feeds aback data by use of amplifiers amplifying outputs of a load and displacement detection element and measuring instruments and through an A/D converter 18 to the CPU 11 and corrects the data as necessary. Hence, automatic setting and correction of optimum working conditions for material characteristics and a product shape are conducted and accurate bending is performable.

    • PURPOSE:To form the sheet blank successively from one end into O type through the U type section, and to manufacture various kinds of pipes in dissimilar diameters in a small lot, by closely arranging in series the U-forming die and the O- forming die in which the forming stroke is longitudinally changed. CONSTITUTION:The die 1 is provided with the inclined zone 1a for a specified length from the inlet; hereby, the blank 4 is fed to the inlet under the flat sheet condition and is shaped into increasing curvature with advance into the depth of the die. Next, the blank 4 enters the horizontal die 1b and is into the U type; hereby, the U type part 4' is successively formed. Then, the blank enters the O-die 2; since the specified length of the upper die 21 is being prepared as the inclined surface 23, the forming stroke of the upper die 21 continuously changes; hereby, the bending of the edge of the blank is initiated, and the blank is formed round in front of the inclined die section 2a, and is gradually formed into the final O-shape by the horizontal die section 2b. The O-shape blank is sent to the welding pass and is welded.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the taking of the normal obsrvation photographs near the zenith which are not reversed, by mounting the zenith observing device mounted therein with a pentagonal prism or two mirrors to a Keplerian telescope. CONSTITUTION:The barrel 4 of the zenith observing device consisting of a case 3 mounted with a pentagonal prism 2 or two mirrors 7, 8 therein as shown in the figure and a barrel 4 and a barrel 5 is inserted into a Keplerian telescope 9 and a camera 12 is mounted by using a camera adapter 10 and a camera attachment 11. If a picture is then taken, it becomes a normal picture. In the case of observing the zenith by eyes, the camera adpater 10 is removed and in place, an eyepiece is fitted in the barrel 5, thence observation is done. The pentagonal prism is 90 deg. in e.g. one angle and 12.5 deg. in the remaining four angles. This is so arranged that light enters the prism 2 like an arrow 6 and goes out by changng direction 90 deg., but this may not always be so.
