      SOLUTION: This key holder comprises a body part 1 and body rotating parts 2 and 3 which are joined to each other through a flexible thin sheet member with a single side adhesive material on the rear surfaces thereof. When keys are fixed to the key fixing parts 2a and 3a of the body rotating parts 2 and 3 and rotated about a rotating pivot part 5 three-dimensionally by 180°, only the key body part is projected and a locking operation can be performed. Also, the body part 1 and the body rotating parts 2 and 3 are pulled from each other by an elastic body, and after the locking operation, the keys are automatically returned in an original flat state. In this case the dust on the floor surface 4 are sucked along with the air and collected by a dust collecting bag 7 loaded in the dust collecting chamber 6. The air after sucking is discharged into the pressure chamber again through an air suction port 8 and internal circulation is formed. The suction ports 5 and a blow up fan 11 are mounted in a rotary member arranged in the upper side of the powered blower, they suck the air going out from the pressure chamber while rotating further the fan blows up the air to prevent the same from flowing out to the outside.
