    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garment for cooling body temperature which is easy to put on and take off, and can reliably cool armpits when an infant or the elderly has a fever and they need to quickly lower the body temperature.SOLUTION: In the garment for cooling a body temperature, there are included a vest shape garment body which opens at the front; two cooling material storage parts which are provided in the garment body, and cool armpits; and a cooling material which can be stored in the cooling material storage part. On each shoulder part, the vest-like garment body includes: a shoulder part adjustment part capable of opening and adjusting the length; and a binder for closing the front opening vest shape garment body. The cooling material has flexibility at cooling. The cooling material storage part has one end mounted inside an arm part under each shoulder part by a mounting part, has flexibility to move with the mounting part a fulcrum, and to be partially positioned outside of the arm part beyond the arm part. The cooling material stored in the cooling material storage part can be held at a cooling position of the armpit.

    • Disclosed are abnormality detecting apparatus and method for a high-voltage circuit (A), in which: a square wave pulse is outputted to a measuring point (p1) with a switch (SW1) set off, the switch (SW1) provided between an inverter circuit (2) and the ground, a difference voltage (Vp-p) between a voltage (Vh) detected at a phase of T/2 and a voltage (V1) detected at a phase of T is obtained, the occurrence of a ground fault is detected based on the size of the difference voltage (Vp-p); and the square wave pulse is outputted to the measuring point (p1) with the switch (SW1) set on, and it is judged that a loosening of a fastening section (p2) occurs when the difference voltage (Vp-p) exceeds a reference voltage (Vref2).
