摘要： There are provided a shaping sheet provided on a surface thereof with a fine irregular shape which is capable of forming a fine pattern with a high-grade feel on a material to be shaped, and is excellent in releasability from the material, as well as a decorative plate shaped by the shaping sheet. The shaping sheet of the present invention includes a substrate, at least an ink layer partially formed on the substrate and a surface shaped layer which is present on and contacted with the ink layer so as to cover a whole surface including both a region where the ink layer is formed and a region where no ink layer is formed, wherein the surface shaped layer is formed by crosslinking and curing an ionizing radiation-curable resin composition, and has a convex shape on a surface thereof which is located in a portion just above the ink layer and in the vicinity of the portion. The shaping sheet is provided on a surface thereof with a fine irregular shape, which is capable of forming a fine pattern with a high-grade feel on a material to be shaped, and excellent in releasability from the material.

The invention also provides a decorative sheet including at least a surface protective layer on a substrate, in which the surface protective layer includes a cured material of an ionizing radiation curable resin composition at least containing an acrylic silicone (meth)acrylate (C) and a multi-functional (meth)acrylate (B) in a mass ratio (C)/(B) of (50/50)-(95/5). The present invention provides a decorative sheet with a surface protective layer having scratch resistance as well as three-dimensional formability.

摘要： The present invention relates to a production process for a decorative sheet comprising a step in which a primer layer is formed on a releasing film having a smooth surface, a step in which a design layer is formed on the above primer layer, a step in which the primer layer and the design layer are transferred on a base material, a step in which the releasing film on the base material is peeled off, a step in which an ionizing radiation curable resin composition is laminated on the primer layer formed on the base material and a step in which the above ionizing radiation curable resin composition is cross-linked and cured to form a surface protective layer.Capable of being provided is a decorative sheet of a high gloss which keeps a surface smoothness and a gloss and maintains a design feeling even after three-dimensional molding such as insert molding, injection molding simultaneous decoration and the like and which is less liable to generate dents and wounds on a surface by wrapping therein foreign matters even when winding the decorative sheet on a roll and less liable to produce scratches and wrinkles by bringing a surface and a rear face of the decorative sheet into close contact with each other.

摘要： Provided is a photocatalytic coating in which the coating per se is hardly eroded even when a photocatalyst is excited and a coating surface having strong hydrophobic tendency can be formed. The photocatalytic coating is prepared by dispersing or dissolving at least a photocatalyst, a tetrafluoro-ethylene-based resin obtained by graft polymerization of a sulfonic acid, a compound containing metal ion having an ionic radius not less than an ionic radius of calcium and/or complex ion having an ionic radius not less than the ionic radius of calcium into a solvent. Further, hydroxide is used as the compound containing the metal ion or an electrically neutral surfactant is added to the photocatalytic coating.

摘要： The present invention relates to a decorative sheet for insert molding prepared by laminating at least a surface protective layer on a support comprising an ABS resin, wherein the above support has a flexural modulus of 1500 to 3000 MPa; the above support has a thickness of 100 to 500 μm; the above surface protective layer is obtained by cross-linking and curing an ionizing radiation curable resin composition; and the above ionizing radiation curable resin composition has a tensile modulus of more than 100 MPa to less than 1000 mPa which is measured by the following method and a static frictional coefficient of 1.0 or less on a surface and a decorative sheet for insert molding comprising at least a picture layer, a low glossy picture ink layer provided partially and a surface protective layer in this order on a support, wherein the above surface protective layer is present on the low glossy picture ink layer and brought into contact therewith, and it is coated over a whole surface including an area where the above low glossy picture ink layer is formed and an area where the low glossy picture ink layer is not formed; the surface protective layer is obtained by cross-linking and curing an ionizing radiation curable resin composition; and the surface protective layer has a thickness of 1 to 30 μm.Capable of being provided are a decorative sheet which has a high abrasion resistance and a high scratch resistance and is provided with a good moldability and which has a surface protective layer causing no cracks and is provided with a high design property and used for molding a decorated molding, a production process for a decorated resin molding by using the above decorative sheet and a decorated resin molding produced by the above production process.
